Automotive Finance Specialist

Role: Motor Finance Specialist
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
Hours: 42.5 hours per week: working 5 days including weekends 
Pay: Basic £26,000 with £44,000 OTE
We're looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Specialist / Business Manager to join our Client's fast-paced Used Car Sales operation.

The Role:
- Supporting customers in securing funding for their car;
- Advising on finance products, maximising sales opportunities;
- Helping to drive F&I (Finance and Insurance) performance across the business;
- Managing a pipeline of finance leads;
- Be the go-to person for all motor finance queries;
- This is an office-based role as opposed to a typical Dealership based Business Manager.
The Requirements:
- Experience within Motor Finance is highly beneficial (either as a Sales Executive or Business Manager), or another FCA regulated role such as banking;
- Experience working to targets with a track record of success;
- Excellent communication skills, particularly via telephone;
- FCA Accredited
