Our client is a leading car dealership in London, specializing in Luxury performance and bespoke vehicles.  Their VIP Transport Division focuses on providing exceptional VIP  V-Class vehicles, Sprinters and luxury taxis. They pride themselves on delivering outstanding customer service and premium vehicles to their esteemed clientele.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join their VIP Transport Division. This role will be instrumental in expanding their customer base and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for the luxury vehicle market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand their customer base within the VIP transport market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials for VIP transport offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of their VIP vehicles and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our VIP transport services.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the automotive or luxury transport sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the VIP transport market and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building lasting relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
