Digital Marketing Account Manager required to work with a leading Agency offering websites and digital marketing expertise to companies within the Automotive industry.

Monday-Friday working hours
Flexible working - Remote / Office based / Field based - South of England (Sussex, Kent, Surrey, South London area)
£25-30,000 + Car Allowance

We are looking for someone with a background in Digital Marketing who is wholly customer focused. The role involves regular meetings (in person or online) with Clients to build a strong relationship and truly understand their needs and desired results. You'll work hard to create and deliver marketing and campaign strategies to meet their desired results.

Requirements:
Relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing;
Customer focus, dedicated to building rapport and strong working relationships;
Effective problem-solving skills;
A keen eye for detail - ability to analyse and critique websites and marketing material;
A full UK driving licence (due to some field-based work)

Desirable experience/ knowledge:
Knowledge of or experience within the Automotive sector would be highly beneficial.

This role will involve supervision of a Marketing Executive, so ideally you'll either have experience at Account Manager level or be an experienced Account Executive ready to take the next step up in your career.

PLEASE NOTE - this is NOT a Sales-focused role, but instead the primary concern is with customer satisfaction and customer retention. There will be times where you will naturally upsell additional services, campaigns, and can earn commission for this, however you will not be targeted on sales and will be expected to sell something only if the Client really needs it.
