Master Technician - Support Technician (Multiple Brand)

Master Technician required for Technical Support role (Multiple Brands)
Location: Office based in Worminghall, Buckinghamshire - with potential for hybrid working option
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 5:30pm
Salary: £40-44,000 depending upon experience

An opportunity for a Master Technician looking to come off the tools but still use their technical and diagnostic knowledge.

The Role:

To provide technical support via telephone and electronic methods to customers requiring information or support relating to the use of a diagnostic tool or diagnosis of a vehicle;
Working collaboratively with other Master Support Technicians, developing your skills and sharing knowledge;

The Requirements:

Minimum 10 years' post apprenticeship;
Master Technician status - single or multiple brands;
Willingness to take on Support role for multiple vehicle manufacturers;
Automotive diagnostic skills, knowledge of the diagnostic process;
Good knowledge of electrical, electronic and mechanical systems;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & Windows systems;
Problem-solving skills;
Basic knowledge of CRM systems;
Driving licence due to rural office location (Car or CBT)
