Automotive Membership Consultant - Account Management, Retention & Sales position
Field-Based role, Nationwide
Monday - Friday full time (will require some overnight stays and travel throughout the UK)
£23,500 + commission with OTE in the region of £30,000

We are looking for a motivated candidate to work with our Client, an Automotive Trade Body, as a Membership Consultant. The purpose of the role is to retain existing membership levels via engagement with independent garages, promoting the services and benefits of their membership, upselling additional services such as MOT QC and training facilities. Responsibilities will include visiting members at risk of cancelling their membership to retain where possible, increase awareness of the products and services available, assisting with trade shows and member events, carrying out audits, complete all relevant paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
The role will involve nationwide travel although will primarily be regional, covering either the North of the UK, the Central belt/ Midlands, or the South West. With this in mind, candidates will ideally based in or near one of the following areas: Manchester/ North West; Birmingham, Oxford or Cambridge; Bath/Salisbury
Motor Trade experience (within the independent garage sector would be highly advantageous);
A background in Sales and / or Customer Service;
Motivation and the ability to work remotely, managing your own diary;
Excellent communication, organisation and planning skills;
A full UK driving licence (must be aged 25 or over for insurance purposes).
