Role: Vehicle Paint Technician
Location: Aylesford, Kent
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours a week
Pay:  Up to £45,000 (Depending on Experience) + Team Bonus

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paint Technician / Paint Sprayer to join one of our longstanding clients, a brilliant Accident Repair Centre in Aylesford, Kent

The Role:

Observe and report on vehicle structure and paintwork;
Removal of vehicle components, fluids & gases;
Accurately mix and apply paints using computerised scales, spray booths and drying lamps;
Preparation of repaired areas ready for topcoat;
Apply topcoat in line with Manufacturer specification;
Ensuring a clean, tidy workspace and work in line with Health & Safety standards.

The Requirements:

Experience in bodyshop repairs with Paint Prep and Paint Application;
Relevant motor manufacturer qualifications and training
Knowledge of latest waterborne technology;
Aware of composite & aluminium repair;
Bonding, dealing & filler repair skills;
Full UK driving licence
A “can-do” attitude and a knack for working well with others
