Motor Trade Sales Administrator required for Car Dealership in Newbury
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly organised Sales Administrator to join our clients team in Newbury.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
Liaise with the Sales team and processes vehicle orders in line with sales order, demonstrators or showroom stock requirements
Provide administrative support to the Sales team
Liaise with the sales team and complete sales invoicing.
Completes all pre-delivery related administration (e.g. vehicle registration, insurance, road tax) using AFRL
The ideal candidate will:
Be organised, flexible and hard-working
Have previous experience as a Sales Administrator within a Car Dealership
Have experience using AFRL and Kerridge
Have strong numerical and administrative skills with a close eye for detail
Enjoy working as part of a team and assisting colleagues
