Motor Trade Service Manager required in Sheffield, South Yorkshire
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to join our Client's busy car dealership in Sheffield. The successful candidate will be at the top of their game, successful in motivating a team to deliver the very best customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Dealer Principal / Head of Business to build and maintain a strong relationship with the brand;
Lead and coach the Service Department Team to achieve targets and deliver results;
Manage the diary bookings to maximise efficiency;
Work with the team to maximise profitability through the sales of additional work and services;
Handle customer complaints where required, working towards a fair resolution for all parties to maintain customer retention;
Creating and nurturing a positive team culture.
Requirements:
Motor industry experience in a Service Manager / Aftersales Manager role;
Track record of developing high performing teams and delivering results;
A solid understanding of current Motor Industry practices;
Excellent communication skills;
The ability to coach, lead and influence a team to perform and exceed targets;
A full driving licence.
