Role: Head of Business - Head of Sales
Location: Leicestershire & covering Group (Midlands)
Hours: 5 days per week to include Saturdays when required
Pay: depending upon experience, in region of £75-80,000 with £100,000 OTE
A Senior Management role within the Motor Trade within a busy Used Car operation.

The Role:
- Driving volume, revenue and profitability across a group of high-volume car dealerships
- Develop and execute a high-performing sales strategy
- Oversee compliance within the Group
- Lead and coach team working towards maximising finance and add-on products
- Focus on stock turn and aged-stock management
- Focus on customer satisfaction and retention throughout the group
The Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Senior Automotive Management role - Head of Business, Group Sales Manager, Group Sales Director, General Manager or similar
- Experience within a high-volume car sales environment or car supermarket
- Strong leaderships skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- Understanding of the current Used Car market and customers' buying behaviours and trends
