Role: Telesales Executive (Car Sales)
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
Hours: Full time, working 5 days per week including weekends
Pay: Basic £26,000 with £44,000 OTE
We're looking for an experienced Telesales Advisor / Telesales Executive to join a busy contact centre in Hinckley dealing with enquiries for Used Cars.

The Role:
- Be the first point of contact for customers enquiring about buying a new car;
- Answer inbound sales enquiries and make outbound calls;
- Converting leads into showroom appointments;
- Follow up all leads via email & telephone;
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
The Requirements:
- Experience in a contact centre / call centre environment with both inbound and outbound calls;
- Experience working to targets with a track record of success;
- Excellent communication skills, particularly via telephone;
- Experience or an interest in the Motor Trade and Cars is beneficial but not essential;
- Full driving licence and own transport highly beneficial for commuting purposes, or an easy & reliable commute to Hinckley LE10.
