Role: Panel Beater
Location: Aylesford, Kent
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours a week
Pay: £45k - £55k Basic (Depending on Experience) + Bonus
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Panel Beater to join one of our longstanding clients, a brilliant Accident Repair Centre in Aylesford, Kent

The Role:
- Taking panels off, putting them back on — but with skill and style
- Spotting any sneaky defects and letting the team know
- Making sure everything fits perfectly and looks ace
- Following safety standards like a pro
- Taking care of your tools and letting your manager know if anything’s dodgy
- Checking that repairs are up to scratch and signing off on quality
- Keeping the cars safe and sound while you work your magic
The Requirements:
- Experience as a Panel Beater (you know your stuff)
- Relevant motor manufacturer qualifications and training
- A current welding certificate (AOM009 or equivalent)
- Skills in MIG braze, spot welding, riveting, bonding, and handling high-strength steels
- Light MET and bonding certifications
- Full UK driving licence
- A “can-do” attitude and a knack for working well with others
