Role: Service Advisor
Location: Wymondham, Norfolk
Hours: Full Time: 8.00am - 5.30pm Monday-Friday (NO WEEKENDS OR BANK HOLIDAYS)
Pay: £34,000 + Bonus

We’re seeking an organised and proactive Front of House Service Advisor for our client's family run independent garage in Wymondham, Norwich.

The Role:

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone. 
• Guiding customers through sales and service processes. 
• Building rapport with clients to understand their needs and complete sales of required solutions.
• Complete outbound reports and calls after vehicles have been inspected. 
• Receive inbound enquiries and correctly record and complete repair estimates. 
• Create booking for customers. 
• Ensure positive customer experience and feedback. 
• Keeping the front-of-house area organised and professional at all times.

The Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a Service Advisor role within the motor trade. 
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with a variety of customers. 
A proactive, can-do attitude and a talent for problem-solving. 
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. 
The ability to close sales deals. 
A basic knowledge of objection handling in the sales environment. 
Attendance of 6 weekly off-site training for 2 days, to develop front of house skills (1 night away)
