Warranty Telesales Advisor

Warranty Telesales Advisor required for a Used Car Supermarket 

Salary £20,280 Per Annum + Commission with an OTE of £30,000

Work from home is available 
30hrs per week (Monday-Saturday) – Saturdayper week (Monday – Saturday) 

We're looking for a motivated, self-disciplined Telesales Advisor to join our home-based team, focused on selling vehicle warranties to customers who didn't purchase an extended warranty at point of sale.

Responsibilities:

• · Outbound calling to offer extended vehicle warranties
• · Sell policies on either a monthly rolling subscription or 1–2 year Gold cover policy
• · Promote a comprehensive warranty that covers parts, labour, VAT, and mechanical/electrical failures
• · Provide flexible solutions, allowing customers to use local approved repairers
• · Hit monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service

Requirements:

• · Experience in telesales or outbound call environments
• · Knowledge of the motor industry and vehicle warranty sales
• · Strong communicator with a customer-first approach
• · Motivated, organised, and able to work independently from home
• · Target-driven mindset with a focus on delivering results
