It’s starting to feel like the world is returning to normal, and with that comes actual award ceremonies, in person! And we are so thrilled to receive notifications that we have been shortlisted for not one, but TWO awards for Recruitment Agency of the Year. Let’s just re-cap the WeRecruit Auto journey so far…..
5th November 2019 – WeRecruit Auto began trading – apparently the whole country was celebrating with us as they let fireworks off all evening!
4th December 2019 – Our first “new starter” day as we wished good luck to Ben, starting his new job as a HGV Paint Sprayer.
3rd March 2020 – We felt confident enough to instruct the Accountants to set up payroll for the first time. Any of you who have set up your own business know the absolute BUZZ of this day!
23rd March 2020 – What’s that Boris? “Stay At Home”???
10th May 2020 – This new thing called “hybrid working” – partly in the office and partly from home. Fortunately, with most Automotive businesses re-opening, we finally had Candidates able to start their new jobs and were getting vacancies to work on again.
1st October 2020 – We received a certificate through the post naming us HIGHLY COMMENDED in the CarDealer Power awards 2020 for Recruitment Agency of the Year. It didn’t really feel real – this was our first year trading, Covid seemed determined to get in the way, and yet our wonderful Clients and Candidates took the time to nominate us and recognise our efforts! (THANKYOU again!!)
1st March 2021 – We welcome Hollie Lambert to the team! Hollie is also an experienced Motor Trade recruitment hero, she has many years’ experience covering Yorkshire and the North, but is working with us on vacancies all over the country.
1st August 2021 – We finally move into our new offices, long overdue.
9th September 2021 – We receive the great news that we’ve been shortlisted for Recruitment Agency of the Year in the Car Dealer Power Awards 2021!
20th September 2021 – We receive more great news, we’ve also been shortlisted for Recruitment Agency of the Year in the Motor Trader Industry Awards 2021!
We can’t begin to express our gratitude to all those who have supported us in any and every way. We can’t wait for the upcoming awards, but just to get shortlisted is completely overwhelming when WeRecruit Auto isn’t even 2 years old yet. We continue to build new business relationships and recruit for a wider variety of vacancies within the Motor Industry. What’s next? Watch this space!
