Recruitment Consultant – multi-tasking extraordinaire, talent acquisition pro, needle-in-haystack-finder, rapport-builder.

Based in Blofield, Norwich (NR13)
Monday-Friday – option for 37.5 hour or 40 hour week (8.45am-5.45pm or 9am-5pm)
Basic salary + commission. Earning potential of £25,000 - £55,000 but this is uncapped and for a talented recruiter, the sky is the limit.

We provide permanent recruitment solutions to the Automotive industry (Retail and Repair sectors). It’s an incredibly fast-paced industry and is one of the few where you can register a new job vacancy and fill the vacancy within the same day. However, there is a skills shortage within the industry and, same as it seems everywhere at the moment, a shortage of good quality candidates. This means we have to work faster and smarter than our competition.

We’re a small office of hard-working individuals who share a common love for food, music, laughing, and smashing the ball out of the recruitment field! Our office is based on the outskirts of Norwich in Blofield Heath, surrounded by fields, with free parking on-site, shared kitchen facilities, showers on-site.

Requirements:

• We’re looking for somebody with recruitment experience who understands the emotional rollercoaster that comes with the job - you’ll need to be resilient. If you can show us that you have hardcore resilience, can learn quickly and work at a fast-pace but haven’t worked in recruitment, we’re all ears and welcome a discussion.
• You’ll need to be able to work at a fast-pace, juggle a busy workload and be hungry to earn
• You’ll need strong IT skills – the ability to proofread and edit CVs accurately, compose a professional email, use Microsoft Word and Outlook as well as our in-house recruitment database.
• A great telephone manner – ability to deal with incoming calls and/or take accurate messages where required.
• You don’t need to be able to drive – however due to our rural office location, this would be beneficial. You’ll need to be able to reliably commute to our office in Blofield Heath (NR13).
• You’ll receive a basic salary and will increase your earnings through commission. This means you’ll need to be driven and motivated, always looking to maximise the next sales opportunity.
