Role: Aftersales Advisor
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
Hours: Full Time: 38.5 hours per week (9am-6pm Mondays, 10am-6pm Tuesday-Fridays, no weekends)
Pay: £12.21 per hour
We’re seeking an organised and proactive Customer Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor for our Client's Used Car Dealer in Hinckley.
The Role:
- Making and taking inbound and outbound calls & dealing with e-mails in a courteous and effective manner;
- Liaising with customers, warranty companies and repairers, keeping customers updated with service requirements and activity on their vehicle;
- Dealing with any customer complaints and escalating where necessary;
- Advising customers on work required to their vehicle, gaining authorisation for work to be completed;
- Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times with the aim of exceeding customer expectations.
The Requirements:
- Experience of delivering high levels of customer service in a busy and demanding environment - experience within the Motor Industry is highly beneficial;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence dealing with customers;
- Results-focused and resilient - able to learn from feedback and make constant improvements to the customer service;
- Motor Industry experience and/or any technical knowledge of vehicle mechanics would be highly beneficial.
