Role: Motor Trade Service Advisor
Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.00am-5.30pm (1 in 3 weeks finish at 6pm) with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8.15am-12.30pm
Pay: Basic £27-28,000 with OTE £34,000
An opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our Client's Main Car Dealership. This would suit someone with some motor trade experience in Service / Aftersales, or quality customer service experience in a customer-facing environment.

The Role:
- Liaising with customers regarding the service, maintenance, MOT and repair of their vehicle;
- Liaising with vehicle technicians and other departments, keeping the customer updated, gaining authorisation for additional work required;
- Keeping paperwork and the DMS system up to date and accurate;
- Providing the best level of customer service at all times;
- Invoicing / taking payments.
The Requirements:
- Positive attitude and a desire to do well;
- Customer Service experience, preferably motor trade;
- Full UK driving licence;
