Master Technician

Master Technician to join a successful family run business in Southampton. 

Salary - Depending on experience and qualifications

We are now seeking talented Master Technician to join our successful Service Centre team in Southampton.  The main objective of the role is to accurately and skillfully undertake the repair and liaise with workshop. Ideal candidate would be at senior Tech level or Master Tech within a main dealer environment. 

Technician Mechanic Key Objectives of the role:  

• Work with other departments in the retailer to facilitate the servicing and repair of vehicles 
• Detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repair 
• Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with retailer, manufacturer and industry guidelines  
• Fulfill all tasks to the customer’s complete satisfaction 
• Help retailer achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency 

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Level 3 Vehicle Mechanic Qualification 
• Good diagnostic skills and to be able to operate at a senior technician level 
• Full MOT testing certificate- desirable but not essential 
• Full UK Driving License 
• Excellent customer service skills  
• Team player  
• Excellent communication skills 
• Committed to improving service and the customer experience
