Role: Car Parts Advisor
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Hours: Full Time Monday-Friday 8am-5.30pm with alternate Saturday mornings 8am-1pm
Pay: £30,000 + bonus
We're looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our Client's busy main car dealership in Norwich.
The Role:
- Sourcing parts and issuing to the vehicle technicians;
- Serving customers coming into the dealership for parts;
- Working as part of a team.
The Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-focused role;
- Car Parts experience - Main Dealer or Parts Motor Factor;
- Excellent communication skills - in person, via telephone & e-mail;
- Experience working in a target-driven environment.
